An entire day of hands-on R² Windows was offered this year.
Attendees were teamed up in groups of four to make it through
a complete monthly cycle - retention management extracts, billing
& valuation, restoring & editing extracts, and viewing
the bills & databases.
Help Screens for the Windows programs were unveiled this year.
Although not completely finished, reactions were positive and
encouraging. Users are looking forward to complete Help
Screen implementation.
Ad-Hoc Reporting was covered in depth through step by step exercises.
User Roundtable provided many helpful suggestions for next year's meeting,
among them the concept of having smaller discussion groups, moderated
by the attendees themselves.
The marvelous Sherlock Holmes and his companion Dr. Watson delighted
guests at this year's User Group Meeting with their wit and ingenious
problem solving techniques. This year's themed duo (roles
played by company owners Doug and Jim) were able to offer great
insight to a meeting of hands-on Windows exploration.
Attendees gathered in Milwaukee on Wednesday evening to enjoy a
relaxing, cool night on the shores of Lake Michigan. The meeting
was held on Thursday and Friday, August 17th and 18th at the Wyndham
Milwaukee Center Hotel.
