Quasar*Systems, Inc. cordially invites you and your colleagues to attend our annual User Group Meeting this July 23-25, 2008, in Milwaukee at the Hotel Metro.
The User Group Meeting consists of three days: Wednesday afternoon we have scheduled times available for current clients and interested attendees to meet with a client liaison. These meetings are to touch base, raise issues, or design strategies for upcoming projects in a face to face environment, but a reservation is required. Thursday you are invited to participate in hands-on system work. Our Thursday session this year will provide insight on finding information for audits and claims, as well as solving problems associated with product coding and a system review for new users. Friday morning’s intent is to showcase how different scenarios are handled by each of our clients and answer any remaining system questions.
A continental breakfast and sit down lunch will be provided Thursday and Friday of the meeting for all attendees, and dinner will be provided Thursday evening. We kindly request that attendees do not leave prior to Friday’s lunch. We have ended the meeting prior to afternoon hours so that attendees may return home Friday afternoon and evening.

User Group 2008 Meeting Information
Accommodations:
All meeting events will take place at the historic Hotel Metro Milwaukee between July 23 - 25, 2008. Rooms at a reduced rate are being held under the group name of Quasar*Systems. To reserve a room for your stay in Milwaukee, please call 877-638-7620 and mention that you would like a room from the Quasar*Systems room block. All reservations need to be made by 31-May-2008. Room rates will be $189 (USD) a night.
Registration fees:
Please contact Quasar*Systems for registration fee information. An invoice will be sent to you after you have registered for the meeting. Replies received after 31-May-2008, regardless of number attending will be assessed a $100 late fee.
Client Liaison Meetings:
Client Liaison Meetings will be held Wednesday afternoon, from 12:30 until 5:30 p.m. Arranging a time to meet with your liaison is done on a first come, first serve basis. This is an extremely popular User Group option. Please respond as quickly as possible; we will try our best to schedule a time for your company, but no guarantees can be made if you respond late. Note that a time will not be scheduled unless your flight arrival time is provided to Quasar*Systems. It is also important to note that since we are meeting with multiple clients, we can not let your meeting session run over the allotted time.
